We had a fantastic trip. Vietnam was absolutely amazing and more than we expected after hearing many glowing reports from friends and family who had traveled there before us. Hai, our guide, was beyond attentive and really took care of every little detail (even the ones we did not anticipate). He actually joined us for our day of biking and was a great sport about it (we had quite a hot day for biking). The New World and The Victoria hotels were fantastic with incredibly friendly staff, great breakfasts and gorgeous locations on the water. We had a chance to wander off the beaten track (despite Hai's initial hesitation) and we really feel as if we got a true feel for the country and how people live in the Delta. There was some degree of a language barrier between us and Hai, but I think that is a common occurrence and hardly something unique to our experience. Finally, the cooking lesson was a ton of fun and I would recommend it to anyone (all ages groups, etc). |

Mr. Trưởng has been an excellent guide. He went out of his way on many occasions to get us tickets for show performances (puppet show) at late notice. He also bought us to other local restaurants (cha ca la vong) at our special request and has shown initiative to be extra helpful - especially his good photographic skills and experience with the camera. |

- Service was good and very accommodating
- We were very well taken care of
- Our guide was very enthusiastic in answering our quesions.
- Driver & Tour Guide were very punctual and honest
- Driver drove safely
- Food was good but could be improved if authentic Vietnam cuisine was given. |
